The Meal Prep Process
What to expect
1 Consultation
•Phone call with Chef to discuss needs and budget
•Service options provided to Client
•Make selections & service begins!
3 Cook Day
•Chef will shop for the best and freshest ingredients
•Meals are prepared in your home and packaged for service
•Groceries are put away and kitchen cleaned
2 Menu Planning
•Customized menus based on Client preferences
•Menus submitted to Client for approval or update
•Once approved, Chef gets to work!
4 Let's Eat
•Chef will package all meals for service and provide instructions for reheat
•Meals typically. include a protein, starch and vegetable, but fresh bread, soup, salad and dessert are all available.
